Within 24 hours of receiving a task-order request, Chemonics' project management unit reviews the scope of work and sends it to consortium members. Within 48 hours of receiving the request, members notify Chemonics of their interest in participating. Once the task order has been awarded, the project team works with all participants to meet all mission objectives.
